- Serve as the main liaison for existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates based on project specifications.
- Effectively communicate client needs and project details to the production team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with the production department.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client acquisition techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client servicing, preferably within manufacturing or fabrication industries.
- With existing clients that requires event fabrication, prints and stage services.
- Familiarity with trade skills covering the fabrication services.
- Ability to read and interpret plans/technical drawings and detailed instructions.
- Able to identify and recommend materials to be used to ensure structural integrity and expected finishes.
- Develop strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards success.
