Job Description
Objective/Purpose
We are looking for an iOS developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Build a user interface for developers to easily integrate the app into their code
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Proven working experience in software development
- JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery knowledge and experience
- Working experience with ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with Angular/Typescript
- Preferably experience with NativeScript
- Working experience in iOS development
- Familiarity with programming script languages including Java and .NET
- Experience in Xamarin
- Advanced knowledge in iOS SDK (preferably high-performing in both Objective-C and Swift)
- Background in payments is a plus
- Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
- Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
