Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist Remote day shift

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back)
• Drive HubSpot adoption and make it intuitive for non-technical users
• Build automations, workflows, dashboards, and lead routing
• Set up and send email & SMS campaigns to customers and partner networks
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
• Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven ability to migrate and rebuild processes in HubSpot
• Strong skills in automation, workflows, and lifecycle management
• Experience in email/SMS campaign setup
• Background in financial services (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
