What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll own the mid-to-bottom sales funnel — converting warm leads into signed contracts and successful placements. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and recruiting teams to close deals and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 10+ discovery calls monthly with Director- and C-level decision-makers
- Send 6+ tailored proposals per month to qualified prospects
- Close 4+ new client contracts per quarter (at 20%+ fee rates)
- Maintain a 30–40% close rate from meeting to contract
- Coach and support our SDRs to keep a strong pipeline
- Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce
- Share weekly forecasts with the CEO
- Identify upsell opportunities: retainers, exclusive agreements, new departments

Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of closing experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B services
- Proven close rate of 30%+
- Confident video presence and fluent English — you're comfortable selling to U.S. executives
- Strong negotiation skills for high-fee, high-stakes contracts
- Tech-savvy: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Zoom
- KPI-obsessed, analytical, and energized by targets
