General Description:
Responsible for the survey checking of the project assigned.
Specific Job Description:
- Conducts site inspection, checking of accuracy of the staking, layout alignment of all civil structures done by contractor.
- Prepares planimetric plans for horizontal projects.
- Re-surveys / re-install monuments for all lots for turn over as requested by TurnOver Group.
- Provides technical support in the correction of Lot Titles.
- Ascertains report provided by Surveying Consultant for newly acquired projects.
- Communicates/coordinates with consultants, other departments/divisions, clients, agencies or other firms/offices relative to the project. Attends to other PDD or company matters/concerns (outside of the regular functions) when required, or upon advice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- At least 1 – 2 years related working experience
- With past related experience in permitting and/or constructions is preferred.
- Computer Literate (Autocad / Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills
