- Train, and supervise a team of surveillance personnel.
- Motivate and empower your team to deliver high-quality surveillance services.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive surveillance plans and procedures that align with company security
- policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing surveillance systems and technology, recommending upgrades or new
- implementations as needed.
- Stay informed of emerging security threats and trends, adjusting surveillance strategies accordingly.
- Lead and manage the investigation of security incidents, including theft, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Analyze surveillance footage and other evidence to identify suspects and determine the root cause of
- incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements related to data privacy, surveillance
- practices, and reporting.
- Prepare regular reports on surveillance activities, incident trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present security-related findings and insights to senior management.
- May participate in crisis response planning and exercises.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the surveillance program.
- Stay abreast of advancements in surveillance technology and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven 3-5 years’ experience in surveillance or security management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze surveillance footage and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with crisis response planning and exercises.
- Ability to adapt to advancements in surveillance technology.
