Job Description

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all the operations in the warehouse and ensures its alignment to the company's targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Closely coordinates with the Company President in mapping out the activities in the warehouse.

2. Organizes the weekly and monthly activities of all warehouse personnel.

3. Ensures the update and correctness of the warehouse entries in the company's ERP to reflect real time data.

4. Plans the scheduling of incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensures its efficient rollout.

5. Verifies and acknowledges all incident reports, lost time incidents and non-conformance reports that are generated by the warehouse or its trucking service.

6. Ensures the strict compliance of trucking services in the ISO standards of GMI.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Previous work experience in managing teams is an advantage
Has good moral character
Has an eye for details
Has a passion for excellence
Has an open mind to new ideas
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
