Audit Specialist  

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting audits of logistic partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The audit specialist will be responsible for reviewing all receipts for trips done versus the list of trips rendered and checking if all reimbursements match on file submission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on logistic partners to ensure company policies and procedures compliance.

• Review all receipts related to trips done versus the list of trips rendered.

• Check if all reimbursements match on file submission.

• Investigate any discrepancies and report findings to management.

• Prepare reports and recommendations based on audit findings.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to implement corrective action plans.

• Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
