You’ll own the full finance function, building scalable systems, managing cash flow, driving profitability, and leading financial strategy to support Hadley Designs’ next era of growth.

• 100% of monthly financials delivered on time and error-free
• 0 overdrafts, late fees, or missed payments
• 12-month rolling cash forecast maintained weekly
• SOPs for all finance processes documented within 3 months
• System improvements reducing manual work by 25% in Year 1

• Deliver audit-ready monthly financials with full reconciliation
• Own a 12-month rolling cash forecast with weekly updates
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with ≤10% variance
• Automate reporting and cut manual work by 25%+
• Build SOPs for close, forecasting, and cash flow
