- Handle higher tier accounts & build strategic relationships with partner merchants based on trust and respect.
- Communicate with partners to understand their needs and explain partnership value.
- Grow partners’ business and revenue through offering marketing promos and expansion
- Keep accurate and updated records of account related information.
- Performance monitoring of AMs, including, but not limited to: tracking closed wons, conversion speed
- Regular coaching, accompanying AMs for pitches, conducting pitches for shadowing purposes
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate results/data to clients.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.
- Understanding consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- At least 2-3 years work experience specializing in Sales/ Product/Project Management / Advertising / Marketing.
