About the challenge
As part of the HR and Admin team, you are contributing and making sure that everyone feels comfortable in the daily business and that the essentials needs are met.
Your mission is to ensure that the office and administrative part of HR are organized and well managed.
Your key responsibilities are
- You support HR development activities including but not limited to timekeeping, leave management, payroll and benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- You take care of our HRIS (Personio and Sprout) and the custodian of employee 201 files.
- You conduct a new hire orientation.
- You perform Occupational Safety and Health related activities and other labor related compliances.
- You help to manage day-to-day responsibilities in our office, including facilities and administration and coordinating with Finance for some financial-related transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for
- End to end recruitment background; not required but a plus
- Timekeeping and Payroll experience; knowledge with Personio and Sprout is a plus
- Compensation and Benefits experience; especially government compliances
- Strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
- At least 2 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Well-organized and structured working style
