Lazada Express Indonesia - Hub Supervisor

Job Description

  1. Planning, reporting and analysis of operational activities
  2. Running the Hub program instructed by the Hub Manager
  3. Do problem solving of each unit in Hub
  4. Improve the ability of each work units in carrying out their duties and responsibilities
  5. Conduct weekly meetings, monthly for review operation performance
  6. Responsible for the infrastructure in the work unit
  7. Responsible to create service excellence and achievement of operational based on KPI & SOP

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Hold Bachelor / Diploma degree
  2. Ability to learn & follow instructions
  3. Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough
  4. Excellent computer skills Ms. Office & Visio
  5. Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  6. Solid written and verbal communications skills
  7. Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skills
  8. Organizational efficiency with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Ability to perform multiple tasks
