This is a fully remote position with collaboration across international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain Odoo backend logic using Python and PostgreSQL
- Create and modify Odoo models, views, workflows, and reports
- Integrate Odoo with external systems (e.g. e-commerce, accounting, logistics, payment gateways)
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo implementations
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing with Odoo (any version from v12+)
- Strong experience with Python and PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views (XML), and business workflows
- Experience customizing modules such as: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing or HR (a plus)
- Experience with Odoo API and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo sh or Odoo Enterprise
- Experience in ERP, finance, or operations systems
- Experience working with European or international clients
- Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Odoo QWeb)
