- Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipments, inventory management, and transportation.
- Liase with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
- Track and report the movement of goods, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor incentory levels and support procurement planning.
- Maintain up-to-date records in logistics systems and databases.
- Optimize transportation routes and costs where possible.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in logistics processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 year experience in logistics, supply chain or related roles.
- Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
