What you'll do every day:

Analyse the survivors properly: pull the numbers, find comparables, check the competition, and complete a deal analysis sheet.

Give a clear verdict — thumbs up or down, with your reasoning. We make the final call, but it has to be sound.

Log every deal in our system so nothing slips through.

You won't be talking to landlords, negotiating, or closing — that's our side. Your job is analysis and verdicts, done accurately, at good volume.

This role is for you if you can:

Form a sound judgement on numbers — telling a genuinely good deal from one that's just dressed up to look good. This isn't copy-and-paste data entry.

Stay consistent — deal number 40 gets the same care as deal number 1.

Catch the small things — a wrong comparable or a missing field leads to a wrong verdict.

You'll also need reliable power and internet, since this runs on a daily schedule.

No property experience needed — we'll train you on everything. We're hiring for temperament and analytical ability, not property knowledge.
