Job Description

  1. Lead relations with the government, community, and external stakeholders.
  2. Manage the land acquisition process and community relations.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and relevant parties.
  4. Handle corporate communications as well as external issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and licensing/permits.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, or Land Acquisition.
  3. Understand government regulations and land acquisition processes in Indonesia.
  4. Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian.
  5. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
