Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role
Experience in B2B sales and business development
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience working in the Payroll Outsourcing industry is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
This is a role for an Account Manager B2B. The Account Manager B2B will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing contracts. This is an on-site role located in Tangerang.
