- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi pengadaan untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
- Melakukan sourcing, seleksi, evaluasi, dan negosiasi dengan supplier strategis.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan supplier untuk memastikan kualitas, harga, dan ketepatan pasokan.
- Mengelola kontrak, melakukan cost optimization, serta mengidentifikasi peluang efisiensi pengadaan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan proses procurement berjalan efektif.
- Menganalisis tren pasar, harga, dan risiko supply chain sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 dari jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Strategic Buyer, Purchasing Specialist, atau Procurement Specialist.
- Berpengalaman di industri Livestock, Feedmill, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Farmasi, atau Rumah Sakit.
- Memahami strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract management, dan cost optimization.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analisis, komunikasi, dan stakeholder management yang baik.
- Menguasai SAP atau sistem ERP menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas untuk kunjungan supplier maupun kebutuhan operasional.
