- Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi Supply Chain Management untuk mendukung pencapaian target operasional dan bisnis perusahaan.
- Merencanakan dan mengendalikan proses pengadaan, perencanaan kebutuhan, pergudangan, persediaan, distribusi, dan logistik agar berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
- Memastikan ketersediaan material, barang, atau produk sesuai kebutuhan operasional dengan tetap mengoptimalkan tingkat persediaan.
- Menganalisis data operasional dan kinerja rantai pasok untuk mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan penghematan biaya.
- Mengawasi pengelolaan inventori melalui penerapan sistem dan kebijakan pengendalian stok untuk menjaga akurasi serta meminimalkan risiko kelebihan maupun kekurangan persediaan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagain Manger SCM.
- Memahami proses end-to-end supply chain, meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, pengadaan, pergudangan, manajemen persediaan, distribusi, dan logistik.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam perencanaan permintaan (demand planning), perencanaan pasokan (supply planning), serta pengendalian persediaan.
- Memahami konsep inventory management, forecasting, material requirement planning (MRP), serta penerapan FIFO dan FEFO.
- Menguasai penggunaan sistem ERP dan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel, untuk analisis data dan pelaporan.
- Memahami proses operasional industri peternakan, pakan ternak, atau agribisnis menjadi nilai tambah.
