- Mendesain dan mengembangkan aplikasi internal berbasis web
- Mengintegrasikan sistem internal antar divisi
- Mengelola database perusahaan untuk keperluan analisa dan pelaporan
- Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan server aplikasi
- Melakukan analisa kebutuhan bersama user internal sebelum pengembangan sistem
- Menjaga keamanan dan akses data internal perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita
- Usia maksimal 35th
- Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan IT
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Lulusan Binus lebih disukai atau Universitas Terkemuka
- Menguasai H T M L, Boostrap / Tailwind CSS, modern JS Framework ( React JS / Next / Vue )
- Menguasai Backend Framework Node JS atau Laravel.
- Memahami Restfull API, JWT dan OAuth.
- Memahami Basis Data MySQL / SQL.
- Familiar dengan Git / Github.
- Memiliki kemampuan UI / UX yang modern dan responsif.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Flutter nilai plus (untuk pengembangan mobile apps)
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang sistem akuntasi / keuangan nilai plus
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang sistem properti nilai plus

Founded in 2005 by Ir. Djaja Roeslim, an industry veteran and two-time former Chairman of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) for Batam, PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo is a property developer based in Batam Center.
