Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop learning modules and content for Class
- Analysis of learning needs
- Determine learning methods and strategies based on learning objectives
- Create action mappings, learning journeys, course designs and content prototypes
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Monitor content development progress
- Develop interesting and interactive learning methods
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in educational technology, communication, or psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in instructional design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Great time management skills with effective delivery of results.
- Responsible and have a desire to learn about the world of education.
