Filipino UI UX Designer Remote  

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in UX and UI design, enjoys solving complex user problems, and is proficient in Figma. We are also looking for someone who embraces AI-powered workflows and can effectively leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

UX/UI Design

• Create wireframes, user flows, user journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and design documentation.
• Prepare developer-ready design handoffs and collaborate with engineers throughout implementation.
• Ensure visual consistency and usability across all products and marketing assets.

AI-Assisted Design

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to assist with UX research synthesis, UX copy generation, persona development, and concept exploration.
• Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI tools to prototype HTML/CSS layouts and landing page concepts.
• Utilize AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E to create concept visuals, mood boards, and marketing assets.
• Apply AI responsibly while ensuring originality, accessibility, brand consistency, and high-quality user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, sprint planning, and project discussions.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Support marketing initiatives by designing landing pages, promotional assets, and campaign visuals when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Experience creating responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Comfortable communicating with the team via Google Meet.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients or products.
• Experience designing landing pages and conversion-focused experiences.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), accessibility standards (WCAG), analytics tools, and performance marketing.
• Previous experience working night shifts.
• Must be available to work an 8-hour night shift aligned with EST, Monday through Friday.

Technical Requirements

• Own computer with backup device.
• Stable postpaid internet connection with backup (100 Mbps or higher).
• Backup power supply capable of supporting up to 8 hours of work.
