Job Description
- Assisting daily HR&GA matter to ensure it run smoothly in timely manner and correctly.
- General Affair maintenance.
- Ensuring all permits and license in place and valid.
- Taking care for insurance, claim, admin, and personnel paper works.
- Good vendor management.
- Excellent in record and filing document.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Physics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must well understand to handle General Affair requirement.
- Self-motivated person and mature.
