Duties & Responsibilities
- Monthly bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Processing bank transactions
- Invoicing
- Update of supplier and customer records
- Accounts payable data entry
- Debtor and creditor reporting
- Inter-entity billing
- Checking time sheets and leave record administration
Technical Requirements (ideally but not essential)
- Xero
- Dext
- Approval Max
- MS Excel

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ideally with AU experience of 2 years or more
- Proficiency with the use of mainstream Windows-based software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Knowledgeable either with MYOB or Xero
- Graduate of accounting-related courses
- Must have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
