Job Description

Functional Overview:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for performing various financial and accounting tasks, such as but not limited to, preparing payroll, handling internal and external customer concerns, managing accounting records, payroll preparation and recording, and knowledge in accounts payable tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs end to end payroll process.
• Strong sense of integrity
• Familiarity with payroll software
• Excellent data entry and data cleaning
• Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that company members are compensated and notified on time.
• Addressing queries about payroll-related issues
• Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
• Comply with timelines of submission of reports and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing request for payments and required attachments.
• Ensure completeness and validity of documents with accurate breakdown.
• Adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation and other finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements, operating statistics and other reports as may be required by Management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecast.
• Reconcile and monitor account balances.
• Address internal, external and BIR audits.
• Perform reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field
• With at least 3 years of Accounting experience
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Payables and Receivables
• Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

Minimum Competencies:

• MS Proficient
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experienced with Accounting tools and software
