Job Description
- Plan for impact activity on the nationwide media (esp TV) incl. Media plan
- Creating brief and reviewing TV media plan to ensure reaching target visits
- Invent for new activity on TV to increase engagement which brings audience to Tokopedia
- Handle and negotiate for advertisement to gaint the best exposure and prices
- Handle all activities to run smoothly
- Coordinate and monitor the installation of the advertisement before it's installed and until the end of period
- Monitor, evaluate and report the impact of the advertisement impact incl key learnings of the installed advertisement
- Cooperate with agencies or vendor to deliver the best result
- Validate the incurred spending
- Able to handle Staff level tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- High Integrity and deliver positive impact to company
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to understand others' requirements and able to give feedback based on others' needs
- Able to give routine reporting and update in brief and thorough
- Analytical and data oriented in providing information for decision making
- Leadership skill to grow and guide people
- Advance in technical skills: able to know majority costing on top of mind
- Problem-solving mindset
- Creativity on giving new ideas
- Master in negotiation based on supporting data and information
