Job Description

  • Oversee and approve all graphics to ensure brand consistency, quality, and lead effectiveness
  • Conceptualize, direct, and execute engaging video content to attract and convert potential clients
  • Develop high-converting visuals for social media, ads, printed materials, and marketing assets
  • Run and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective lead generation
  • Plan and execute branding initiatives, including social media content, SEO, copies, and audience targeting
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies for maximum impact
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and maintain fresh, cohesive, and compelling marketing content
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and video editors to enhance team performance
  • Help ensure KPI achievement and department success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Specialization in graphic design and videography or video editing
  • At least 2-3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
  • Understanding of SEO, marketing metrics, and data analysis
  • Ability to think creatively and generate unique marketing ideas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
