This position would be responsible for managing digital advertising accounts on a daily basis, looking at various statistics in regards to performance of campaigns, targeting, and ad creative to help optimize advertising efforts and produce the greatest ROI from each campaign.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with digital strategy and creative team to deliver daily reporting on account performance.
- Dives into account analytics, using Facebook and proprietary systems, to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance.
- Applies statistical methods creatively to measure effects of budget adjustments, audience resonance, and content performance.
- Identifies trends and patterns in the data, and strategically implements optimization methods to maximize ROI.
- Provides conversion-focused ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data
- Conducts thorough brand and digital presence audits, translates key value proposition, core products, and brand aesthetic to a broader audience, and identifies opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace.
- Maintains the highest level of knowledge and understanding of Facebook’s ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the ad auction, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with vigilance, accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to perform daily account management and optimization of various advertising accounts
- Experience analyzing and generating reporting for major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and more
- Strong math and analysis skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, economics, computer science, and/or behavioral economics is a plus
- Experience and success with Facebook advertising
- 1+ years of related work in media planning, buying, and analysis with budgets exceeding US$50k annually - ideally, with Facebook campaigns
- A comprehensive understanding of Facebook’s ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Analyzed and reported on digital media accounts and campaign trends in current or previous role
- Proven track record of retaining paid media accounts and success in growing and scaling Facebook
