Growth Manager  

• Own the team's trackers and dashboards. Build, automate and maintain them so the team always knows where it stands against target.
• Turn data into action. Run weekly target-vs-actual reviews, spot gaps early, and recommend what to do about them.
• Drive projects end to end. Plan, coordinate and follow up across teams. You're the one who chases until it's done.
• Shape how we work. Keep today's processes running smoothly while helping design the systems that will replace them.
• Be a thought partner to the Head of Growth. Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, help set priorities, and support leadership with analysis and reports.

• 1 - 4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy & ops, or commercial analytics. Exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome.
• The right mindset: eager, willing to learn, honest, and with high integrity. You own your mistakes, ask when you don't know, and do the right thing even when no one is checking.
• Strong with data: advanced Google Sheets or Excel (SQL, Looker Studio, Metabase or Apps Script is a big plus).
• Structured problem solver: you break down messy problems, question numbers that look wrong, and get to a clear recommendation.
• Proactive and persistent.
• Confident using AI tools. You know where you're going and what output you want, and you let AI do the heavy lifting.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

1. Consulting background (strategy, Big 4 advisory, or boutique/regional firms) or a management trainee program.
2. Exposure to FMCG, distribution, retail or B2B commerce.
3. Experience with a CRM rollout or migration.
