- Lead and manage the IT Division, including Business Data Analytics, System Analysis, Software Development, Infrastructure, Security & Network Support.
- Develop a comprehensive IT Blueprint strategy to map current systems, identify priority gaps, and propose new solutions aligned with business needs.
- Evaluating and implementing new technologies and digital transformation ( example AI integration, etc) across all departments within the Boga Group ecosystem to improve business operations
- Ensure centralized data governance , data analytical and system scalability to support timely and datadriven decision-making.
- Act as the main liaison between IT , business units and external vendor to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and delivery of highimpact projects.
- Driving and executing continuous improvement to boost productivity and operational efficiency for Boga Group
- Managing and controlling budget and costs to maximize profitability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT departement preferably in startup, multibrand retail, hospitality, or F&B companies with minimum 5 years experience in managerial level
- Strong background in IT system architecture, ERP, CRM, data analytics, and enterpriselevel digital transformation.
- Proven experience in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with AI implementation in operations and customerfacing systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to create and execute a systemwide IT roadmap and prioritize based on business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
