- Analyze and report on weekly and monthly commercial performance, identifying key trends and proposing actionable next steps, on top of ad-hoc reporting.
- Own property evaluation process, providing timely and accurate analysis to our Sales and Account Management teams.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing teams to ensure our commercial strategies are aligned and effective.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, or a relevant field of study
- Experience: Min 1 year in a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced tech company.
- Strong ability at breaking down difficult business problems, finding good solutions, and collaborating with teams for successful execution. Can connect data back to business metrics.
- A deep personal understanding of the kost market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must
